1. Client Rights & Need To Know

Before the customer pays the advance fee, he or she should be aware of all the specifics so that no surprises arise.
A.Is your website going to be in HTML or a CMS with a paid theme?
Check the plan and kind of website you have bought before paying the advance money. Clarify all specifics; if you are unsure, ask the CWS by email how the website will be done and how the customer will administer the site later on.
B. Client's responsibility:
Provide website text content, logos, and images. Otherwise, text material costs $8 per piece, or INR 550/-. Cws will submit a quote for the logo and graphic design.
C. Each website has a different price:
A 6000 Rs website will have a different appearance, feel, and functionality than a 15000/- rupees ecommerce website, and the look, feel, and features of that website plus design will be different than a 50,000/- rupees custom created website. Before buying website design, please discuss all options.
D. Hiring for a specific project or on an hourly basis:
If the project work is scheduled for 15 days, the project should be completed in 15 days. There will be no delay on the part of the CWS. If the CWS delays the work by more than 48 hours, the customer has the right to a full refund (assuming the CWS has all content* and details needed for the project).
*Please keep content for the website ready. Do not transmit CWS stuff every 5 days. The CWS has given time for you (client) to finish the project, which may include turning down other jobs so that the client's project is done on time - Failure to supply information that was discussed at the start of the project may result in project delays. After the contract time has expired, CWS may charge you per hour or quote per request.

2. All quotations are only valid for 96 hours.

All quotations issued by CWS are valid for 96 hours from the date and time of transmission; thereafter, the quote will not be deemed final for the project of work.

3. Projects and works begin.

The CWS will begin work on projects / tasks when the client has paid 50% of the quoted amount. Work will not begin unless the client pays the advance. After CWS receives payment, work will begin, and the project completion date will be considered.

4. Following the completion of a transaction or project, maintenance is required.

CWS provides free assistance for 30 days following the construction of a website. After then, CWS is no longer responsible for website maintenance (unless the conditions of an Annual Maintenance Contract [AMC] have been agreed upon). The free assistance does not cover any new work or design. Fixing problems on the site and correcting any faults identified in the design or content of the website are all part of the support.
Complimentary training (once - maximum 1 hour): CWS will teach the customer (if necessary) how to maintain the website (add/edit content) after it is complete.

5. Backup

Unless CWS specifies otherwise, the client is responsible for backup. CWS's original backup of the site will be available for free for 30 days after the site is developed. If hosting is purchased through CWS, backups are available for 30 days and are taken once every day.

6. Recurring expense

The cost of website design is one-time only. The cost of hosting and domain name is on a yearly basis. Renewal fees for hosting and domains may range. Please confirm before using the services. For example, the registration charge for a domain name may be INR 199, while the renewal fee could be INR 850.
Please keep in mind that CWS is not a domain registrar. To register and renew the domain, third-party services such as Godaddy and Bigrock may be utilized.

7. Additional cost

A. Additional service:
Any additional service or labor performed is charged. This category also includes many updates and the inclusion of modules to add functionality to the site. Discuss all needs and requirements in advance with "CWS."
B. Additional Expenses:
Client agrees to compensate CWS for any extra expenditures incurred as a result of the project. Purchase of a domain, third-party hosting, themes, stock pictures, third-party scripts and tools, and so on are examples. Any additional costs will be negotiated with the customer in advance.

8. Standard packages

The customer must pay the CWS for regular website design packages based on themes and premium templates. The hourly rate for bespoke design or development is INR 1000 (USD $15).

9. Hosting

Email addresses are supplied for free (if hosting is purchased from the "CWS"). There is no additional charge for the database with hosting.

10. Date of Completion

All information and data should be maintained available and updated on the site before the task is completed. The completion date (the number of days necessary to finish the task) must be stated during the estimate. Payment should be given to the CWS within 48 hours after completion of work. If the client fails to pay the balance on time, late payment penalties will be imposed. There is a 5% penalty for late payment of fees. If the CWS takes more than 48 hours to do the task, the customer may request a full refund (see point 1D).

11. Work ownership

The client owns the whole work given over once the website is ready and payment is received. The customer owns any graphical design or code work completed. The customer, on the other hand, does not have resell rights to any premium theme that was utilized to construct the website.

12. Privacy

13. Payment

50% upfront payment is required before the website design work begins, 25% once the home page and color scheme are finalized, and the remaining 25% when the work is done. The project will not be operational until The "Client" makes the final balance payment. For search engine optimization and logo design, full payment is required in advance.

14. Refunds and Cancellations

Money-back guarantee: If you are unhappy with the hosting features or the speed of the hosting offered to you, you may cancel the hosting services within 10 days and receive a full refund.
If you do not like the first design that is offered to you, you can request an alternate design (a total of three designs will be provided). If you do not like any of the designs offered to you, you can request a refund (70% of your initial purchase will be repaid). If work on the website design and development has begun after the first design has been approved, the advance money is non-refundable.
Advance payments are not refundable if the work** is begun but the home page design is not completed.
**The process entails developing a design idea, installing WordPress, deciding the appearance and feel of the client's website, and converting it to digital format.
Note: Once the style of the website's home page is approved, the entire website will have the same look and feel.
There are no refunds in SEO (unless a position is guaranteed for a certain term and the CWS is unable to attain the negotiated ranking spot within the time frame).
There will be no reimbursements beyond 30 days (unless the CWS is unable to deliver [see point 1D]).

15. Communication

Whatsapp and phone conversations are great for emergencies, but otherwise, all work-related communications should be via email. All work needs, including domain registration, altering text content on the website, and modifications to the website's design, must be discussed and verified exclusively by email, not by phone or Whatsapp.

16. Complying with the requirement

Meetings can be scheduled before or after the commencement of the project. The CWS representative may also visit the customer to discuss the project requirements. If the meeting is just to talk price or to review the CWS's portfolio, it will be a waste of time for both the customer and the CWS. Pricing may be communicated by email, and images or portfolio links can be shared without needing to meet in person.

16. Acknowledgement
